DUBLIN (Reuters) - The European Union, the International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank have told Ireland it is successfully implementing the terms of its bailout, the Irish government said on Thursday.

"The government has successfully concluded the third quarterly program review mission with the EU Commission, the ECB and the IMF," the Irish finance ministry said in a statement.

Finance Minister Michael Noonan will hold a news conference shortly in Dublin. Officials from the EU, the IMF and the ECB will hold a separate news conference at approximately 1300 GMT.
