DETROIT (Reuters) - The bodies of seven apparent shooting victims were found on Thursday in the western Michigan city of Grand Rapids, and police said a possible suspect in the shootings may still be at large.
Kevin Belk, Grand Rapids Police Chief, said the bodies were found at two separate locations. Two adult women and a female child were found dead at one location and three women and a man were found at the second location.
He said a suspect in the shootings, Rodrick Dantzler, is believed to be armed with a handgun and traveling in a tan Lincoln Town Car.
The Grand Rapids Press newspaper said police were chasing the suspect and he had abandoned the car and was on foot.
