Police think a 30-year-old Colorado man suspected of hiding in the tank of a portable toilet also made peep holes in the restrooms of several Boulder businesses to spy on women.
Vail police arrested Luke Chrisco on Thursday while investigating an unrelated complaint, saying he resembled the suspect accused of hiding in a toilet at a yoga festival last week.
Authorities say the suspect fled the toilet covered in human waste.
Boulder police spokeswoman Kim Kobel says investigators are checking statements Chrisco made, saying he spied on women using bathrooms at area businesses. Authorities say some peep holes have been found.
Chrisco faces misdemeanor charges of unlawful sexual contact and criminal invasion of privacy in the toilet case. It is unclear whether he has a lawyer.
