Missing Canadian teen to be reunited with mother

Authorities say a Canadian teen who vanished from Atlanta's airport is being reunited with his mother after he spent five days living in the woods in central Georgia, surviving only on water.

A Bibb County sheriff's deputy said Eustace Victor Martin was found Friday morning, exhausted and hungry but otherwise healthy.

The 18-year-old was flying from St. Kitts in the Caribbean back home to Vancouver, Canada, after visiting his father in the islands.

Officials said Martin was supposed to board a connecting flight in Atlanta, but apparently got confused at the airport and then boarded a shuttle van that took him about 80 miles southeast to Macon. He apparently stayed in the woods near the shuttle office.

Officials said Martin's mother was on her way from Vancouver on Friday.
