Two 18-year-olds face murder charges in the dragging death of a 16-year-old girl.
Glendale police identify the suspects as Lino Chavez and Jose Solis Apodaca. The pair was arrested for the April 5 death of Anita Munoz (MOON'-yohz), a student at a suburban Phoenix high school.
Court paperwork says Chavez was arrested and booked for first-degree murder. The court ordered him held on $500,000 bond.
Apodaca is being held without bond. He faces first-degree murder, aggravated robbery and trafficking in stolen property.
It was not immediately clear whether the suspects had lawyers.
Police think the pair robbed Munoz of her laptop March 30.
After struggling with the girl, detectives think, the suspects tried to drive away and the teen either fell or was pushed from a vehicle in Glendale.
