Further suggesting he is weighing a White House bid, U.S. Ambassador to China Jon Huntsman will visit New Hampshire just weeks after he steps down from his posting in Beijing.
Huntsman, the former Republican governor of Utah who joined President Barack Obama's Democratic administration, will deliver remarks on May 21 to Southern New Hampshire University graduates in Manchester. Although federal laws prohibit Huntsman from campaigning until his diplomatic assignment is complete on April 30, his supporters have assembled a campaign in waiting for him should he return home with White House ambitions.
New Hampshire has the first primary contest and is an early test for candidates.
Then-Sen. Barack Obama delivered a commencement address at the school in 2007.
