Search ongoing for missing Ohio pair in Georgia

Authorities looking for a missing Ohio couple in Georgia say they've searched some areas a second time but found no sign of the couple.

The man suspected in the disappearance of 84-year-old Richard Russell and his 85-year-old wife, Gladis, has told authorities he dumped their bodies near a Georgia cotton field on his way to Florida.

Samuel K. Littleton II was arrested Wednesday in West Virginia, where officials found the Russells' car. He's charged in a separate killing.

Authorities have been searching 180 miles along the Interstate 75 corridor in Georgia.

Lt. Stryde Jones with the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office in Valdosta says the search has been scaled back because of a limited number of staff, and it's been tough because the information provided about the location of the remains was vague.
