Police say a western Ohio man killed his wife and then committed suicide at the family's in-home day care while seven children under age 6 were in the home.
Police say Eric Vann was under a court order to stay away from his 33-year-old wife, April, when he killed her Friday before fatally shooting himself.
Investigators say seven children were at the home in Celina, including the couple's 4-year-old son. The children found the bodies and went to a neighbor's house for help, saying they weren't able to get the baby out of a playpen.
Police believe the children heard gunshots but did not see the shootings.
Preliminary autopsy reports show that Eric and April Vann died from single gunshot wounds to the head.
Police say April Vann had recently filed for separation.
