Authorities say they suspect foul play in the disappearance of a Colorado couple.
Larimer County sheriff's spokeswoman Eloise Campanella says deputies conducted a welfare check at the Fort Collins home of Kathy Adams and her husband, John Marks Jr., on Oct. 12. She says they discovered "suspicious circumstances" that made them think foul play is involved.
Investigators found a 1995 silver four-door Buick LaSabre at a Weld County motel on Wednesday, and say they believe it's the vehicle last driven by the couple.
KUSA-TV reports that Adams' relatives have flown from Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Seattle and Guam to help look for her in Colorado. Adams' family told KMGH-TV and KUSA-TV that Adams was planning to leave her husband.
