(Reuters) - Flash memory supplier SanDisk Corp cut its first-quarter revenue outlook, citing weaker-than-expected demand and lower pricing, sending its shares down 7 percent in after-market trading.

The company expects first-quarter revenue of $1.2 billion, down from prior forecast of $1.30 billion to $1.35 billion.
