An Irvine man has agreed to plead guilty to a felony charge of uploading an unauthorized pre-release copy of the Mike Myers film "The Love Guru" to the Internet.

Federal prosecutors say 31-year-old Mischa Wynhausen will admit one count of uploading an unreleased copyrighted work under an agreement filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in downtown Los Angeles.

Jack Yates, who worked for a Burbank tape duplication company, has already been sentenced to six months in federal prison for his part in the theft in May 2008, a month before its scheduled release.

Yates blamed his colleagues and his grandmother before pleading guilty to misdemeanor copyright infringement.

Prosecutors say they'll recommend three years of probation because Wynhausen cooperated with the investigation.
