MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called allegations Russia had helped organize an attempted coup in Montenegro last year unsubstantiated, the RIA news agency reported on Monday.

Lavrov spoke out after Britain's Sunday Telegraph newspaper reported that British officials believed Russian authorities were behind a plot in October 2016 to kill Montenegro's pro-Western prime minister.
