KINSHASA (Reuters) - Democratic Republic of Congo's main opposition bloc does not plan a mass march against President Joseph Kabila when his mandate expires on Monday, one of its leaders said on Saturday.

Felix Tshisekedi told Reuters the opposition would not organize a protest so as not give the government "an opportunity to fire on the population" but said he expected people to remain mobilized and protest "each in his own way".
