WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Republican leaders in Congress on Tuesday canceled a scheduled vote on Puerto Rico rescue legislation this week, sending bailout talks into a tailspin.

The U.S. House of Representatives' Natural Resources Committee announced on Tuesday that it was canceling the law-writing session, known as a 'markup', that had been scheduled for Thursday.
