Martin is known for playing Dusty Farlow on the 1980s prime-time soap "Dallas."

Mrazek, a Democrat, represented a congressional district on Long Island from 1983 to 1993.
He retired following accusations that he and other lawmakers repeatedly overdrew their checking account funds at the House bank.
