BRATISLAVA (Reuters) - Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said on Tuesday his leftist Smer party and three other parties have signed an agreement on a governing program as part of talks on forming a coalition, following an election earlier this month.

Fico has been holding talks with opposition parties Siet (Net) and Most-Hid (Bridge) along with the Slovak National Party (SNS) since Monday on forming a coalition after his ruling party lost its parliamentary majority in a March 5 election.
