WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Following another legal setback to President Barack Obama's immigration executive action, the Justice Department said on Tuesday it plans to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review the lawsuit.

"The Department disagrees with the Fifth Circuit’s adverse ruling and intends to seek further review from the Supreme Court of the United States," said Justice Department spokesman Patrick Rodenbush.
