ABIDJAN (Reuters) - Initial results from Ivory Coast's weekend election showed incumbent President Alassane Ouattara with a commanding lead over his rivals, according to figures released by the elections commission on Tuesday.

Ouattara won 85 percent of votes in Loh-Djiboua, the first of the West African nation's 31 regions to be announced by the commission on state television.
