(Reuters) - A neighbor was charged with felony possession of a firearm in connection with the fatal shooting of a Memphis, Tennessee, police officer, the Associated Press reported on Monday, citing a police spokesman.

Police charged Lorenzo Clark, 36, a neighbor of Terence Olridge, 31, who was off-duty when he died on Sunday after being shot multiple times, AP said.

Police could not be reached immediately for comment.
