SEATTLE (Reuters) - The police department in Pasco, Washington, said on Wednesday an internal investigation had found that officers involved in the fatal shooting of a Mexican farmworker earlier this year did not violate the department's policy and procedures.

Antonio Zambrano-Montes, 35, was shot dead by officers during a video-taped confrontation on Feb. 10 in the small city, which has a large Hispanic community in an agricultural hub some 200 miles (320 km) southeast of Seattle.
