GENEVA (Reuters) - Antonio Guterres will step down as head of the U.N. refugee agency at the end of this year and not seek a renewal of his mandate as the High Commissioner for Refugees, his spokeswoman said on Friday.
"He's leaving. His terms ends at the end of December," Melissa Fleming told Reuters. "He's not reapplying."
