DETROIT (Reuters) - A federal agent's fatal shooting of a Detroit man who was wanted as a fugitive during a home raid in April was supported by the evidence and no charges are merited in the case, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said on Wednesday.

Terrance Kellom, 20, who had been wanted on an armed robbery warrant, died after being shot multiple times by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent who was part of a multi-jurisdictional task force.
