INDIANAPOLIS (Reuters) - Former Subway sandwich chain pitchman Jared Fogle will plead guilty on Wednesday to charges of child pornography and attempting to engage in paid sex acts with a minor, according to court documents released by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Indianapolis.

Under the plea agreement, Fogle will get between five and 12 years in prison, the court filing showed. Fogle was fired on Tuesday by Subway when reports of the plea deal emerged.
