SEATTLE (Reuters) - Former Washington state NAACP leader Rachel Dolezal, accused of lying about her racial background, has been found to have violated ethics rules while serving on a police oversight commission, the Spokane city council president said on Wednesday.

Investigators hired by the city to probe a whistleblower complaint determined that Dolezal had released the names of citizens who made complaints against police officers in violation of a confidentiality agreement she signed, and also engaged in "workplace harassment," City Council President Ben Stuckart said.
