Senate roll call vote on NSA surveillance

The 77-17 roll call on Sunday by which the Senate voted to move ahead and consider the House-passed bill to extend parts of the Patriot Act.

A "yes" vote is a vote to move ahead on the bill.

Voting yes were 41 Democrats, 34 Republicans and 2 independents.

Voting no were 0 Democrats and 17 Republicans.
