CAIRO (Reuters) - Two Egyptian policemen were killed after being shot by unidentified gunmen in Cairo on Tuesday evening, state media reported.
Police Colonel Wael Tahoon and a recruit were shot before his house in a Cairo district, state news agency, MENA, said.
The website of the State-run Al-Ahram newspaper said the two policemen killed in a bomb attack.
The interior ministry officials were not immediately available for comment.
