WASHINGTON (AP) — Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign manager-in-waiting is telling top aides that the Democratic presidential campaign will value teamwork, diversity, discipline and humility.

Robby Mook says in a memo presented at a staff meeting at Clinton's Brooklyn, New York, headquarters that the campaign is "not about Hillary Clinton and not about us," but rather about everyday Americans.

The memo lists several guiding principles, including a vow to work together and respect each other. It was titled, "We are Hillary for America," and first reported by Politico.

The meeting was described by a Democratic official in attendance who spoke on condition of anonymity to describe a private strategy session.

Clinton's 2008 campaign was hurt by internal bickering. The values listed in the memo are reminiscent of the campaigns of President Barack Obama.
