White House issues veto threat for House bills on tax breaks

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House on Tuesday issued formal veto threats for two U.S. House of Representatives bills, one that would permanently extend certain tax breaks for small businesses, and the other that would make permanent the current tax breaks for certain charitable donations.
