JERUSALEM (Reuters) - A suspected Palestinian attacker stabbed two people at a supermarket near an Israeli settlement in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday and was shot by a security guard, a spokesman for an ambulance service said.
"The terrorist was apparently neutralized. There are two wounded, in addition to the terrorist, who was shot," the spokesman said on Israel Radio about the incident near Maale Adumim, a large settlement east of Jerusalem.
A police spokesman said the two people wounded by the attacker were stabbed. They were taken to hospital.
