JEJU, South Korea (AP) — C.K. Wu was re-elected unopposed as president of the International Boxing Association for a third consecutive four-year term on Friday.

At its congress, Wu, from Taiwan, said one of the priorities of his new term will be a continued expansion of the World Series of Boxing and the new AIBA Pro-Boxing competition, as the organization pivots from overseeing amateur boxing to incorporating professionals into the Olympic Games and world championships.

He also said he would like to see more women in leadership positions, and funds directed toward grassroots development.
