White House to prevent bottlenecks after nixing pipe: source

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Obama administration will work to make sure that there are no bottlenecks in domestic oil transportation due to its rejection of the Keystone XL pipeline, a source briefed on the matter told Reuters on Wednesday.

The White House plans to lay the responsibility for the rejection of the pipeline on political gamesmanship by Republicans, the source said.
