Obama campaign: Romney needs big win in NH

President Barack Obama's presidential campaign is trying to set the bar for Republican front-runner Mitt Romney's campaign in New Hampshire.

Obama campaign manager Jim Messina says Wednesday Romney will need to "win by 30 points or so" in New Hampshire to build momentum for his campaign.

Romney has held a wide lead in New Hampshire over his Republican primary opponents. He was governor of neighboring Massachusetts and owns a home in New Hampshire.

Obama's campaign is trying to raise expectations for Romney for Tuesday's primary. Romney won Iowa's leadoff caucuses by a razor-thin margin against former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum. Obama campaign officials said Romney's narrow win in Iowa made him a weak front-runner.
