Las Vegas elects a new mayor Tuesday, and for the first time in more than a decade it won't be Oscar Goodman.
The former mob lawyer who has led Sin City with a martini in one hand and a showgirl on the other arm is banned from a fourth term by term limits. But he hopes the Goodman name will continue to rule City Hall.
First lady Carolyn Goodman expects to ride her husband's coattails to victory when the votes are tallied Tuesday night.
She's running against Clark County Commissioner Chris Giunchigliani (joon-kil-ee-AH'-nee.)
Giunchigliani says she has worked hard to become mayor and is prepared to take office with a list of ways to improve the city. But the mayor's wife says she's the best candidate to continue his vision.
