President to talk jobs, small business

President Barack Obama will offer his thoughts on the government's latest employment report after he tours a small business in suburban Washington.

Friday's visit to Bladensburg, Md., comes after the Labor Department releases its September job figures.

Later, following a meeting with senior advisers, the president will sign into law the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010.

The measure sets federal guidelines for the telecommunications industry assuring that the blind will have access to the Internet through improved smart phones. Also, over time, more than 60 hours a week of video programming must have audio descriptions.
