In a story Oct. 18 about St. Jude Medical, The Associated Press reported erroneously that the company had $323 million in cardiovascular revenue and $1.58 billion in implantable heart device sales in 2009. The correct figures were $953 million in cardiovascular revenue and $2.77 billion in heart rhythm device sales. The cardiovascular revenue made up about 20 percent of St. Jude's total revenue, not 10 percent as the story stated.
