Grain higher, Livestock lower

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec. delivery was higher 1.20 cents at $4.36 a bushel; Sept corn was down 1 cent at $3.4440 a bushel; December oats gained 2.60 cents at $2.37 a bushel while Nov. soybeans was up .20 cent to $9.6020 a bushel.

Beef lower and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle lost .38 cent at $1.0683 a pound; September feeder cattle lost .73 cent at $1.4773 a pound; October lean hogs was .93 cent lower at $.6065 a pound.
