Grain lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept delivery was lower 9.40 cents at $4.3140 a bushel; Sept corn was down 5.40 cents at $3.5720 a bushel; Sept oats lost .40 cent at $2.61 a bushel while Sept soybeans was down 7.60 cents to $9.25 a bushel.

Beef lower and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle was 1.05 cents lower at $1.08 a pound; August feeder cattle lost 1.20 cents at $1.4110 a pound; October lean hogs was 1 cent higher at $.7018 a pound.
