Grain mostly higher,livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec. was off 3.25 cents to 3.98 a bushel; Dec. corn rose 1.75 cents at 3.5625 a bushel; Dec. oats was up 2.50 cents at $2.1825 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans lost 3 cents to $10.28 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was up .77 cent at $1.1112 a pound; January feeder cattle rose .42 cent to $1.2897 a pound; while December lean hogs was fell .20 cent at $.5717 a pound.
