Grain lower, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec. fell 3.50 cents to 3.8050 a bushel; Dec. corn was unchanged at 3.3675 a bushel; Dec. oats gained .75 cent at $1.9925 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans declined 10.25 cents to $10.3225 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle was up 1.83 cents at $1.1075 a pound; January feeder cattle was up l.4 cents to $1.2842 a pound; while December lean hogs gained .67 cent at $.5102 a pound.
