Grain mostly lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly lower Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept. delivery fell 4.75 cents at $4.0125 a bushel; Sept. corn lost 1.50 cents to 3.2425 a bushel; Sept. oats lost 4.25 cents at $1.9550 a bushel; while Aug. soybeans declined 10.75 cents to $9.8525 a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork was mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. August live cattle was up .30 cent at $1.1622 a pound; August feeder cattle was up .92 cent to $1.4547 a pound; while August lean hogs gained .27 cent at $.6892 a pound.
