Grain lower, livestock lower

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery was 3.25 cents a bale lower at $4.78 a bushel; July corn was 11 cents lower at $4.2660 bushel; July oats was 2.25 cents higher at $2.1040 a bushel; while July soybeans lost 15 cents to $11.4440 a bushel.

Beef lower and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle was 1.43 cents lower at $1.1530 a pound; August feeder cattle was 1.30 cents lower at $1.3613 pound; July lean hogs lost .45 cent to $.8873 a pound.
