NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Friday:

Elizabeth Arden Inc., up $4.57 to $13.88

Revlon agreed to buy the cosmetics company for $419.3 million, or $14 per share.

Alphabet Inc., down $20 to $704.25

An analyst said growth in spending for search marketing may be slowing down, which could hurt the Google parent's revenue.

Oracle Corp., up $1.04 to $39.68

The software maker reported better-than-expected revenue and growing cloud software and platform sales.

LifeLock Inc., up 37 cents to $15.43

Elliott Associates, the firm of activist investor Paul Singer, disclosed an 8.8 percent stake in the identity theft protection company.

Lumber Liquidators Holdings Inc., up $2.55 to $15.78

The government is ending an investigation into the company after it agreed not to resume selling Chinese-made laminate flooring.

ConocoPhillips, up 99 cents to $44.15

Energy companies traded higher Friday as the price of oil jumped.

Smith & Wesson Holding Corp., up $1.90 to $23.65

The firearms maker's profit and sales were better than expected and it forecast strong sales.

Finisar Corp., up $1.16 to $18.74

The fiber optic component supplier posted strong results in its latest quarter.
