Grain mixed, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery was up 11.75 cents at $4.9725 a bushel; July corn gained 3 cents to 4.1825 a bushel; July oats was 2.75 cents lower at $1.88 a bushel; while July soybeans declined 12.25 cents to $11.32 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. June live cattle was up .28 cent to $1.22 a pound; August feeder cattle rose .27 cent to $1.4667 a pound; while June lean hogs gained .28 cent at $.8230 a pound.
