Grain lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery was off 2 cents at $4.4950 a bushel; May corn was 4.50 cents lower to 3.74 a bushel; May oats fell 4.50 cents to $1.7675 a bushel; while May soybeans fell 6.25 cents to $10.6975 a bushel.

Beef lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. June live cattle was off .45 cent to $1.2282 a pound; May feeder cattle fell 1.20 cents to $1.49 a pound; while May lean hogs rose .17 cent at $.7687 a pound.
