Grain mostly higher, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery was 3.50 cents higher at $4.6060 a bushel; May corn was .25 cent lower at $3.6160 bushel; May oats was 1.50 cents higher at $1.88 a bushel; while May soybeans gained 7.25 cents to $9.1160 a bushel.

Beef higher and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle was 2.05 cents higher at $1.3448 a pound; April feeder cattle was 3.20 cents higher at $1.5735 a pound; April lean hogs lost .25 cent to $.6688 a pound.
