Grain lower, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery fell 10.50 cents to $4.48 a bushel; March corn was off 5.50 cents to 3.620 a bushel; March oats lost 5 cents to 1.8275 a bushel; while March soybeans were declined 11.75 cents at $8.6925 bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. April live cattle was up .88 cent to $1.3550 a pound; March feeder cattle gained 1.85 cents to $1.5702 a pound; while April lean hogs rose .70 cent at $.6995 a pound.
