Grain mostly lower, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly lower Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery gained 3.25 cents to $4.8475 a bushel; March corn was down .50 cent to 3.6925 a bushel; March oats were down 3.75 cents to 2.0150 a bushel; while March soybeans lost 4 cents at $8.7650 bushel.

Beef higher and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. April live cattle was up 1.18 cents to $1.3340 a pound; March feeder cattle gained 1.48 cents to $1.5925 a pound; while April lean hogs gained .83 cent at $.6960 a pound.
