Grain mostly lower, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery gained .25 cent to $4.70 a bushel; March corn lost .25 cent to 3.5875 a bushel; March oats were 1 cent lower to 2.1725 a bushel; while March soybeans lost 6 cents at $8.6425 bushel.

Beef higher and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. February live cattle was up .10 cent to $1.3680 a pound; March feeder cattle gained .95 cent to $1.6690 a pound; while February lean hogs rose .03 cent at $.5980 a pound.
