Grain higher, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery gained 5.75 cents to $4.8450 a bushel; March corn was up 4.50 cents to 3.8150 a bushel; March oats rose 1.25 cents to 2.41 a bushel; while January soybeans advanced 8.50 cents to $9.06 bushel.

Beef lower and pork was higher the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. February live cattle was off .23 cent to $1.2922 a pound; January feeder cattle fell .30 cent to $1.5945 a pound; while February lean hogs rose .28 cent at $.5910 a pound.
