GLASS JAR CANDLES
DETAILS: The glass jar candles have glass lids and weigh about 18 oz. They were sold under various brand names, scents and colors at Big Lots, Dollar General and Family Dollar stores since February. WHY: The glass lid can break when the jar is being opened, causing cuts.
INCIDENTS: 16 reports of cuts, with some requiring medical attention. One required stitches.

EXMARK RIDING MOWERS
DETAILS: 2015 Quest riding mowers with "Exmark" printed on the sides and in front of the operator seat. The model number and serial number are located on a decal affixed to the frame, under the seat. The recalled model number is QTS452CEM34200 with serial numbers ranging from 315606482 to 315628458. They were sold at hardware, lawn and garden stores nationwide from November 2014 through October 2015.
WHY: The fuel filters on the mowers can become brittle and fractured, allowing fuel to leak and posing a fire hazard.
INCIDENTS: One incident of fuel leaking. No injuries have been reported.
HOW MANY: About 500 in the U.S. and six in Canada.

TIMECUTTER RIDING MOWERS
DETAILS: 2015 TimeCutter riding mowers with "TORO" printed on the front and sides of the mower. A black and white "TIMECUTTER" decal is located in front of the operator seat. The model number and serial number are located on a decal affixed to the frame, under the seat. They were sold at Home Depot and other hardware, lawn and garden stores nationwide from November 2014 through October 2015. The following models being recalled: model 74710 with a serial number range of 315000876 - 315002048, model 74720 with a serial number range of 315000101 - 315003342, model 74731 with a serial number range of 315000152 - 315000437, model 74750 with a serial number range of 315000101 - 315001155, model 74780 with a serial number range of 315000101 - 315001700, model 74781 with a serial number range of 315000101 - 315000150, model 74784 with a serial number range of 315000340 - 315001172, model 74787 with serial number range of 315000403 - 315000437, model 74790 with a serial number range of 315000178 - 315000320 and 315001400 - 315001493, and model 74797 with a serial number range of 315000624 - 315000698.

EAR PLUG JEWELRY
DETAILS: Ear plug jewelry that is inserted into a pierced ear lobe and used to stretch the piercing in the ear lobe. The ear plug jewelry contains a coin-cell battery that lights up a decorative pattern. The ear plugs have a diamond logo on the front and come in the colors black and white or black and red. They were sold in sizes 00, 0, ½, 5/8, 7/16 and 9/16 at Spencer Gifts stores nationwide from November 2014 through February 2015.
WHY: Battery acid can leak from the battery, posing a burn hazard.
INCIDENTS: Three reports of burn injuries when battery acid leaked out of the jewelry.
HOW MANY: About 8,400.

DETAILS: CocoaVia brown frothers used to froth beverages, including coffee and milk. The spring on the end of the wand spins to froth the drink. The frothers were distributed free at promotional events at King Soopers supermarket in Colorado in September. They are brown with "CocoaVia" printed on the side in white lettering and they measure about eight inches long.
WHY: The spring on the end of the frothers can detach, posing ingestion and choking hazards.
INCIDENTS: Two reports of the spring on the end of the frothers detaching from the metal wand. No injuries have been reported.
HOW MANY: About 5,000.

DETAILS: Custom-made Roman shades that are hobbled-style. They were made out of fabric mounted on a metal frame and were produced between December 2009 and July 2015. Each shade has two to six vertical mesh lift bands that are 8 inches wide, secured by lift band clamps at the bottom of the shade, and a 1-inch wide vertical hobble tape running the length of the shade. Lutron Electronics Inc. and the manufacture date are on a white label on the shade tube at the top of the shade; which can be located when the shade is fully extended. They were sold at several stores, including 54 Electric, Bekins, Burgin Drapery Workroom, Don Fillers & Associates, Rosenburg Power Window Treatments and other residential window shading dealers from December 2009 through July 2015.
WHY: They pose a potential strangulations hazard to children.
INCIDENTS: None reported.

DETAILS: The recall is for 68 models of the 2016 Ski-Doo snowmobiles that have a 600 HO E-TEC engine or an 800R E-TEC engine. The vehicles came in various colors and were sold at Ski-Doo dealers nationwide since September.
WHY: Internal damage to the fuel hose can cause a leak, posing a fire hazard.
